Is there any place for sleeping in Al Maha Lounges?
Al Maha Lounges have recliner chairs, but there are currently no dedicated sleeping areas. Quiet areas may be available around the airport.

How long can I stay in the lounge?
Up to 6 hours. Extra hours are charged and access is subject to availability.

Can I keep my luggage in the lounge lockers and leave the lounge?
No. Luggage cannot be left unattended in lockers if leaving the lounge.

Do you provide chargers in lounges?
Yes. Universal power sockets are available.

Can I alter my booking once it’s made?
Bookings cannot be changed within 6 hours of the scheduled flight arrival/departure time in Doha.

Are there any charges for cancellation?
A 100% refund applies if cancelled at least 24 hours prior.

How do I request wheelchair assistance?
Wheelchair requests must be made through the airline in advance.

What is the infant and child policy for Al Maha Services?
Infants (up to 2 years) are free. Children are charged the same as adults.
